Step 1. - Boil and mash the potatoes, shakarkandi and mix grated paneer.
Step 2. - Mix all the spices, add cream and besan and check the binding.
Step 3. - Make round shaped cutlets.
Step 4. - Cook on a non-stick pan with ghee and butter until brown in colour.
Step 5. - Serve with salad and chutney
Pro Tip - Serve with fresh tomato chutney. Churn tomatoes and add shahi jeera, lemon, salt black and red chilli.
