All non-vegetarians in the house are all craving some delicious chicken dishes in lockdown! We looped in professional Chef Bobby Abraham for y’all to give us his yummilicious recipe of Makhani Chicken! Chef Bobby is the Executive Chef at Tippling Street, New Delhi!

Step 1. Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric and deggi mirch for at least 2 hours.
Step 2. Boil tomato with a pinch of garam masala until it turns into paste
Step 3. Boil cashew nut until it turns into paste
Step 4. Heat up the pan and add butter. Gently cook the marinated chicken in it.
Step 5. Add tomato gravy, cashew paste, salt, pepper, kasuri methi and deggi mirch.
Step 6. Gently stir the chicken in gravy till it is cooked well.
Step 7. Finishing to be done with cream, butter, khoya, sugar and pinch of lemon juice, according to your taste.
