The Baked Boondi Pie is the Fun Fusion Recipe to our Beloved Laddoos
To all the sweet tooth enthusiasts, we present you to a very tasteful fusion Baked Boondi Pie by Chef
Bimal Mahajan, Executive Chef, The Brewhive, Kolkata. This twist to our very dear and close to the heart
“Boondi Laddoos” is a must-try folks!
Preparation Time - 30-40 Minutes
Serves - 2-3 People
Ingredient:
- Melted Unsalted butter, 50 gm
- Flour - 100 gm
- Sugar - 25 gm
- Boondi - 100 gm
- Rabri - 50 gm
- Mawa - 50 gm
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200℃
- Place the butter in the freezer for about 15 minutes, to harden.
- Put the flour into a bowl and grate hard butter into the flour. You may need a little flour on
your fingers to do this.
- Using a knife/whisker, mix the grated butter into the flour. Fill up half the tart moulds with the
mixture.
- Arrange Boondi on the sweet dough. Sprinkle with Mawa and Bake for 10 Minutes.
- Serve with a Slice of Apple.
