Make A Delicious Tomato Rasam At Home this Lockdown

Preparation Time - 20 minutes

Serves - 2 People

Ingredients:

  1. Tomato – 3 [chopped/pureed]
  2. Tamarind pulp
  3. Red Chilies – 2
  4. Chopped Coriander – 1 teaspoon
  5. Black Pepper – 4 to 5
  6. Cumin (Jeera) – 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
  8. Salt to Taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Take a pan and heat some oil in it.

Step 2: Add mustard seeds, jeera and garlic to it.

Step 3: Add chopped/pureed tomatoes. Add salt and tamarind pulp to it.

Step 4: Then, add red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 5: Boil the mixture and take it out in a bowl. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
