Preparation Time - 5-10 Minutes
Serves - 2-3 People
Ingredient:
For Thandai -
- 2 Cups Full Cream Milk
- 1 Cup Toned Milk
- 1 tsp Rosewater
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- ¾ Cup Water
For Thandai Masala -
- 1 tbsp Cashews
- 1 tbsp melon seeds
- ½ Spoon Saffron
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp nutmeg powder
- 1 to 2 tsp gulkand
- 1-½ tsp fennel seeds
- 1-½ tsp cardamom powder
- ½ tsp poppy seeds
- 12-14 pieces of almonds
- 15 pieces of pistachio
- ¾ tsp black peppercorn
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients to make the Thandai.
- Pour it into the Phuchka Shells and enjoy it!
