Ingredients Required
Some leftover rice
1 Green Chilli
1 tsp – Salt
3 tsp – Yoghurt
1 cup – flour
Turmeric powder to taste
Chopped onions

Instructions
Take the bowl of leftover rice. Add yoghurt, turmeric powder and salt to it.
Mix well and let it soak for around 10 minutes.
Now add some chopped onions and green chillies to it.
Add the flour and knead it into a dough.
Roll it out and place it on the non-stick pan.
Use some oil on the sides and keep cooking until both sides are brown and crisp.
Serve hot with butter or pickle.
