Most of the working-class suffer from back pain when they wake up, once in two days, or perhaps even daily! It is pretty much unavoidable due to our lifestyle, but with some simple stretches on the bed can relieve you from it!
Here are 3 bed-stretches to give you relief from back pain!
1. Spinal Twist or Markatasana!
This is what a Spinal Twist looks like, hold for 15-30 secs then switch sides, do 3-4 sets daily and you’ll start seeing results in a few days!
2. Hamstring Stretch
This is an effective stretch for lower back pain, just hold the position for 30 seconds, and switch sides!
3. Knee to Chest Back Stretch
Here’s how we do a Knee to Chest Back Stretch, hold the pose for 30 seconds for each leg and do 4-5 sets!
One important thing to remember while doing any of the stretches, do not extra-push your body, push only till your body allows you too, to avoid injuries!
