Step 1. Heat oil. Add all the onions, ginger, green chillies & garlic. Stir till they are golden brown
Step 2. Add cabbage julienne, bok choy & carrot and stir them
Step 3. Add all the sauces and tomato puree. The veg version mixer is ready
Step 4. Add boiled chicken slices and toss it.
Step 5. Pour your dish over a bed of plated boiled noodles, your Dry Thukpa is ready!
