We do keep recommending movies/web-series from time to time, but we don’t want you just to be watching them and turning into a couch potato. With so much time in hand, it’s equally important for us to be productive as well and use this time to grow!

How to not be a Couch Potato 101:

1. Get up and Workout!

Get yourself a fitness regime folks! Yoga, resistance, strength, aerobics, dance, Zumba, whatever suits you, just do it consistently!

2. Drink lots of water!

That’s right, drinking lots of water keeps you hydrated, and that keeps you active!

3. Chew nuts rather than fried snacks!

Nuts are packed with Protein and Healthy Fats whereas fried snacks have Saturated Fats. Go tastier & healthier or go NUTS!

4. Focus on your goals!

Focus on yourself, what were you going to do had there been no lockdown? Walk-in that direction, a small step is still a step!

5. Find a long lost hobby!

Time to dig in the archives and find that mouth-organ, or that flute, or that diary, find something that you used to do and love, do it again. Time is all yours!

We all have got so much free time at our disposal, the least we can do is be a bit productive! Can’t we?
