Step 1. Boil 3 glasses of water and add 1 glass of macaroni to it with 2 tbsp of oil.
Step 2. Leave it for 15 mins and rinse the water outpost that.
Step 3. Put 3 tbsp of oil in the pan. When the oil turns hot add 2 chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, and capsicum.
Step 4. Fry till it begins to smell good and the onion turns transparent.
Step 5. Add 1 tbsp of salt, ½ tsp of garam masala, ½ tsp of black paper, ½ tsp of dhania powder, ½ tsp of kitchen king and saute.
Step 6. When all the ingredients are completely mixed then add 1 cup of milk and 4 tbsp of fresh cream.
Step 7. Add boiled macaroni to the mixture and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
