Instructions:

Step 1. In a hot pan, pour some olive oil and add bay leaf along with chopped garlic

Step 2. Pour in the blanched and chopped tomatoes. Cook it well.

Step 3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4. Finish it off with some oregano and chili flakes.

Step 5. Add the boiled pasta in the sauce. Toss it well.

Step 6. Remove the bayleaf from the mixture.

Step 7. Serve with grated parmesan and sprig of basil (optional) on top.
