Step 1. Heat refined oil, add Mustard seed (Sarson opt.), Chana Dal, Ginger Fresh (Chopped) one by one.

Step 2. Then add peanut stir till it gets cooked / slightly roasted (not burnt), then cashew nut, curry leaves and Hing

Step 3. Add Chopped onion and stir till golden brown then add chopped tomatoes. And stir till tomatoes get cooked.

Step 4. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Let it get cooked for a while.

Step 5. Add desi ghee into it.

Tomato Rice

Step 1. Take the boiled rice and mix tadka into it

Step 2. Add fresh Coriander chopped and serve hot
