Here’s a Mango Ice Cream Recipe that uses just 3 INGREDIENTS. Yes! You read that right. 3 ingredients ONLY!

INGREDIENTS

  • Mango
  • Heavy Whipped Cream
  • White Sugar

Procedure

  1. Take the whipped cream into a bowl and add condensed milk to it. Mix well.
  2. Leave it into the refrigerator for sometimes.
  3. Peel off the mango skin and dice the pulp into pieces
  4. Take a grinder, add these pulp pieces to it and blend ( without use of water).
  5. Take out the whipped cream mixture from the refrigerator and add vanilla essence( options) and blended mango pulp to it.
  6. Pour the whole content with mango chunks over the top into a freezer friendly container with a lid.
  7. Leave it to freeze for around 5-6 hours.
