Step 1. Marinate the lamb with whole spices, salt, onion, curd, powdered spice, ginger garlic paste, silted green chilly for overnight.

Step 2. Take mustard oil in a kadhai, put a little amount of sugar, let it to be caramelized. Now add the marinated lamb and cook it gently under slow fire. Cover the lamb and keep on cooking under a slow flame.

Step 3. Once the lamb is cooked, add the brown onion, roasted cumin powder, ghee and garam masala.

Step 4. Check the seasoning, and serve

Presentation: Take a brass handi/utensil, put Kosha Mangsho and garnish with silted green chili, brown onion, and ginger julienne.
