Social Distancing is, no doubt, very necessary to tackle the situation that we are in and to contain the spread of the pandemic, but there’s more to ‘distancing’ that needs to be done!
1. Distancing from unhealthy eating habits!
We aren’t asking you to eat salads, but do keep a check!
2. Distancing from Slacking day in and day out!
Don’t just go on slacking throughout the day, do something productive!
3. Distancing from unhealthy sleeping habits!
Follow healthy sleeping habits, use apps or songs, or anything that soothes to help yourself!
4. Distancing from doing stuff just because they’re seemingly ‘cool’
Don’t go on reading books, or binging shows just because your friends are; do what you like!
5. Distancing from ‘News’ on Social Media- especially what disturbs your peace!
Discard Social Media as your News Source!
6. Distancing from your bed in the day!
Night-time is to sleep, discard your bed during the day, let the bed rest too!
7. Distancing from Binging all the time
Even if you’ve got exactly the series you’ve been looking for, don’t just forget everything and go on binging, that series isn’t everything!
8. Distancing from ‘Not’ studying/working
If you’re working from home, work! Don’t just sit idly on your laptop and slack-off!
9. Distancing from Too Much ‘News’
Fake news is uncalled for, but so is too much news, experts say it’s enough to give 1 to 1.5 hrs to news per day!
