Ingredients to make Herb Patty:

Instructions:

Step 1. Mix all of the ingredients except the oil together. Using your hands, form into 1/2-inch patties and flatten with your palms.

Step 2. Heat the oil in a large saute' pan over medium heat.

Step 3. Gently place the patties into the pan and lightly flatten with a flat spatula. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Step 4. Cook until golden brown for about 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 5. Remove from the pan. Serve immediately.

Step 1. Toast the buns in some butter.

Step 2. Mix some dried herbs and chilli sauce to mayonnaise and apply it on the bun.

Step 3. Assemble the burger by placing lettuce leaf, tomato slices, onion slice and herb patty. (Cheese lovers can add a cheese slice too).
