Paying for Zoom? Google Meet makes Video Conferencing FREE for Everyone

‘Zoom’ and other similar service providers have seen a significant rise in their users during this lockdown! ‘Work From Home’ has led to this increase in users. Moreover, people tend to video call multiple friends, virtual house-parties, and many such tasks that have only led to people using more of the various video conferencing tools.

Google recently made an announcement regarding its ‘Google Meet’. Now anyone will be able to (earlier restricted to business and educational accounts) host meetings for free. Moreover increased security will be there as no guest sign-ups will be allowed. Users will be logging in with their Google IDs, making it a much safer platform than the likes of Zoom.
