Preparation Time - 15-20 Minutes
Serves - 2-3 People
Ingredient:
- Paneer - 350 gms
- Mawa - 50 gms
- Coriander Leaves - 10 gms
- Green Chilly - 5 gms
- Green Capsicum - 20 gms
- Red Capsicum - 20 gms
- Yellow Capsicum - 20 gms
- Black Pepper Powder - 2 gms
- White Pepper Powder - 3 gms
- Chilli Flakes - 1 gm
- Green Elaichi Powder - 2 gms
- Chat Masala - 4 gms
- Jeera Powder - 4 gms
- Javitri Powder - 1 gm
- Amchur Powder - 4 gms
- Salt to Taste
- Black Salt - 2 gms
- Ghee - 20 gms
- Bread Crumbs - 20 gms
- Butter - 40 gms
Instructions:
- Mix grated Paneer with all the ingredients and spices.
- Put on a Tandoori Seekh and cook until it turns a golden color.
- Brush with Ghee and Butter.
- Cut into pieces as desired.
- Serve with Mint Chutney, Onion Rings, Mint Leaves and Lemon Wedges.
