We agree that this work from home is all cozy and comfortable but it has another side to it. Since at home we often ignore our posture while working, the chances of backache and neck pain increase drastically. Are you also facing this issue? Here are some simple hacks that will give you sure-shot relief.

1. Suitable Posture for Suitable Situation

Never stick to one same posture all day. Keep changing your position but remember to maintain the right one.

2. Short Breaks

This will relax your mind and make you fresh for the upcoming work tasks. Stand up from your and stretch a little, take a home tour or fridge visit (if needed).

3. Right Seat to Sit

Don’t drown yourself into the screen. Always sit on something sturdy and comfortable which supports your back and preferably has armrests.

4. Position of Laptops/Monitors

Remember, the screen of your laptop/monitor should be at your eye level. Use an external mouse and keyboard if available for your laptops.

5. Move your neck

It is good if you take breaks and move your neck clockwise and anticlockwise and tilt it to your left and right a few times.
