It’s Time for the Popular Crispy Fried Bengali Bekti with Sesame

Preparation Time - 25-30 Minutes

Serves - 3-4 People

Ingredient:

*FOR GARNISH - Rice noodle - 20 gm

Instructions:

  1. Coat the bekti slices with the cornflour and deep fry in hot oil until crisp. Set aside on the kitchen towel.
  2. Heat oil in a wok; add garlic Saute for a while.
  3. Put some chicken stock/water to avoid burning.
  4. Now put all the seasoning, high the flame and mix the seasoning well.
  5. Put the fish, ginger, sesame seed, coriander and red chilly. Toss the fish so the sauce covers the fish properly.
  6. Garnish with fried rice noodles.
