It’s Time for the Popular Crispy Fried Bengali Bekti with Sesame

Preparation Time - 25-30 Minutes
Serves - 3-4 People
Ingredient:
- Kolkata bekti - 180gm
- Ginger julienne - 10 gm
- Red chilly - 10 gm
- Garlic - 20 gm
- Sesame seed - 10 gm
- Coriander - 20 gm
- Oyster sc - 30 gm
- Light Soya sauce - 30 ml
- Salt - 10 gm
- Sugar - 20 gm
- White pepper powder - 5 gm
- Cooking oil - 50 ml
- Chinese cooking wine - 10 ml
- Maggi seasoning - 10 ml
*FOR GARNISH - Rice noodle - 20 gm
Instructions:
- Coat the bekti slices with the cornflour and deep fry in hot oil until crisp. Set aside on the kitchen towel.
- Heat oil in a wok; add garlic Saute for a while.
- Put some chicken stock/water to avoid burning.
- Now put all the seasoning, high the flame and mix the seasoning well.
- Put the fish, ginger, sesame seed, coriander and red chilly. Toss the fish so the sauce covers the fish properly.
- Garnish with fried rice noodles.
