TGIF’s Special Chicken Wings are loaded with tasteful spices, flavourful and are deliciously yummy. Check these two recipes by Chef Ashutosh, Executive Chef of TGI FRIDAYS, Mumbai which are set to make your perfect weekend even more comforting with delicious meals.

1) Chimichurri Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

Method:

Step 1. Marinate the chicken wings salt & pepper

Step 2. Place chicken wings in a fryer basket & fry them at 350°F (175°C) until the skin becomes golden & crispy. Let them cook at low heat if required.

Step 3. Remove from the fryer & drain well on the papyrus plate.

Step 4. Toss with 30 ml sauce in a covered container until thoroughly coated.

Step 5. Season the wings with shredded parmesan cheese.

Step 6. Garnish with chopped parsley & serve with fresh lemon & ranch dip

*Recipe for Chimichurri Sauce

Cook finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, and red wine vinegar. Add finely chopped tomato and red bell peppers.

2) Jack Daniel Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 6 nos Chicken Wings (Seasoned with Salt & Pepper)
  • 75ml Jack Daniel Glaze Sauce
  • 3 nos Celery Stick
  • ¼ tsp Chopped Parsley

Method:

Step 1. Marinate the chicken wings with salt & pepper

Step 2. Place chicken wings in a fryer basket & fry them at 350°F (175°C) until the skin becomes golden & crispy. Let them cook at low heat if required.

Step 3. Remove from the fryer & drain well on the papyrus plate.

Step 4. Toss with 30 ml JD Glaze Sauce in a covered container until thoroughly coated.

Step 5. Garnish with chopped parsley & serve with Celery Sticks & leftover JD Glaze

*Recipe for JD Glaze Sauce

Stir brown sugar, pineapple juice, water, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce together in a saucepan and bring to a boil; simmer the heat. Squeeze sides of the garlic until the pasty roasted garlic emerges. Measure 2 tsp roasted garlic into the saucepan and incorporate into the sauce with a whisk.
