Preparation Time - 20 Minutes (1 Hour Freezing, Post Preparation)

Instructions:

  1. Bring milk to the boil.
  2. Add sugar and cardamom followed with the rice.
  3. Bring to boil again until rice is cooked.
  4. Add the plums and mix well.
  5. Fold in chopped walnuts and mix well.
  6. Spoon the rice into bowls and chill for one hour.
  7. To serve garnish with some plums and walnuts.
