Here is Shruti Haasan's Recipe for a Delicious Caffe Choco Mousse

Just like you and us, our beloved celebrities too, are passing their time in lockdown by binge-watching series, Netflixing and chilling, singing, dancing, playing Ludo, finding their passions, cooking and many other similar activities.

Well, following a similar trend, actress Shruti Haasan , came up with a delicious coffee for her fans! She put up a video on Instagram of the same, along with the recipe. Well isn’t she a darling? Do try this delicious Caffe Choco Mousse for yourself, and thank us later!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup egg white
• 1 cup cream
• 1⁄2cup coconut sugar and stevia (cause I ran out lol)
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

• In a bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg whites for 2 minutes or until they’re fluffy and cling to the bowl when tilted.
• In a separate bowl, whisk together cream, sugar, cocoa, coffee and vanilla.
• Using a rubber spatula, fold egg whites into cream mixture in 3 batches.
• Divide among bowls /glasses or whatever you have.
• Cover and chill 1 hour Or overnight if your extra patient
