Instructions:
1. In a chopper add ½ kg boneless, 2 bread slices, and 2 tbsp vinegar to make a paste.
2. When all mixed together, add 6 green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp red chili, salt to taste, 1 bunch of green coriander chopped and 2 tbsp ketchup to mix to form a mixture.
3. Then make cutlets from the batter and coat them with egg white and bread crumbs.
4. Take Oil in a Pan, Heat as required, and fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown.
5. Serve it with Chutney or Chili sauce.
