Preparation Time - 1 hour

Serves - 4 person

Ingredients:

  1. 800gm Baby Potatoes
  2. 250gm Amritsari Wadi
  3. 25gm Ginger
  4. 10gm chopped Green Chilli
  5. 15gm fresh chopped Coriander
  6. 250ml Oil
  7. 25gm Begadi Chilli
  8. 10gm Garam Masala
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions:

Step 1. Peel, wash & deep fry potatoes. Keep aside

Step 2. Fry Amritsari wadi & keep aside.

Step 3. Add oil to the pan and heat it in on medium heat.

Step 4. Roast ginger, green chili, salt, begadi chili, and garam masala. Grind it into a paste.

Step 5. Heat a little oil. Add the paste along with the potatoes & wadi.

Step 6. Add salt and adjust the seasoning to taste.

Step 7. Service hot and garnish with fresh coriander.
