Preparation Time: 25-30 Minutes
Serves: 2-3 People
Ingredients:
Large potatoes -2 pcs
Medium-sized onion - 2 pcs
Dry or fresh red or green chilies - 3-4 pcs
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes well and peel them.
Mash the potatoes.
Finely chop onions and red chilies
Heat the mustard oil in a frying pan, put in the onions, and cook till the onions are golden brown.
Add mashed potatoes. Season.
Mix all together by tossing in the pan.
Cool the mixture
Take very thin Chapatis/ Rotis. Cut into three strips.
Put the mashed potato filling and roll into a cigar shape.
