  1. Boil the potatoes well and peel them.
  2. Mash the potatoes.
  3. Finely chop onions and red chilies
  4. Heat the mustard oil in a frying pan, put in the onions, and cook till the onions are golden brown.
  5. Add mashed potatoes. Season.
  6. Mix all together by tossing in the pan.
  7. Cool the mixture
  8. Take very thin Chapatis/ Rotis. Cut into three strips.
  9. Put the mashed potato filling and roll into a cigar shape.
  10. Stick the edges with the potato paste only
  11. Deep fry till crispy.
  12. Serve with your choice of chutney.
